ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING USERS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PASSWORDS USED BEFORE JULY 12 AT 10:00 A.M. WILL NOT WORK!!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

First National Bank of Johnson is excited to announce we upgraded our Internet Banking platform on July 12, 2021.  We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with the following important information.

Instructions for Signing onto the Upgraded Online Banking Platform:

  1. Access the website at www.fnbjohnson.com.      
     
  2. Your existing User ID remains the same.  It was converted to the upgraded system with all lowercase letters.
     
  3. Your password from the old platform did NOT convert to the upgraded system.  The temporary password you must use will be the last 4 numbers of the Social Security Number of the enrolled customer.  Enter the temporary password and click Login.  You will be asked to change your password before you gain access. Your new password must be 9-17 characters long with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. As in the past, for security reasons, your password must be changed every 6 months.
     
  4. You will be asked to accept new terms and conditions and may also be required to reset security questions.

 
Account history, recurring transfers, and current Bill Pay information have been carried over to the upgraded system.

IMPORTANT: If you have not logged into Internet Banking during the past 12 months, you will be required to complete a new enrollment at www.fnbjohnson.com.

ATTENTION VISA DEBIT CARD HOLDERS
 Are you planning an upcoming trip or vacation? 
If so, please notify the Bank with your dates of travel within the United States.
 If you plan to travel internationally, please contact the Bank with your dates of travel and countries you plan to visit.

 FRAUDULENT DEBIT CARD ACTIVITY:

  The bank works with a company that will monitor your debit card activity for possible fraud.  If a problem is detected, the company will contact you directly.  For this to be effective, we must have accurate telephone numbers for the company to use when contacting you.  If your phone number(s) should change, please contact us immediately at 800-869-0438 or email us at info@fnbjohnson.com to provide the new information.   
 
 
If your debit card has been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact the Bank immediately.  If the Bank is closed, please call Lost/Stolen Card After Hours at 800-472-3272.
  
 
  Beware of credit card scams!! Credit or debit card issuers will never ask for information about your card.  They already have all the information since they issued the card. 
Don't share your private information!!
