FRAUDULENT DEBIT CARD ACTIVITY:
The bank works with a company that will monitor your debit card activity for possible fraud. If a problem is detected, the company will contact you directly. For this to be effective, we must have accurate telephone numbers for the company to use when contacting you. If your phone number(s) should change, please contact us immediately at 800-869-0438 or email us at info@fnbjohnson.com to provide the new information.
If your debit card has been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact the Bank immediately. If the Bank is closed, please call Lost/Stolen Card After Hours at 800-472-3272. Beware of credit card scams!! Credit or debit card issuers will never ask for information about your card. They already have all the information since they issued the card. Don't share your private information!!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: First National Bank of Johnson's Internet Banking will NEVER ask you to enter personal or account information while you are logging in or on any Internet Banking page where the information requested is not relevant to the transaction. Customers should NEVER enter sensitive data if they are prompted to do so.
